Volunteers are crucial to the success of the Festival … without this wonderful group of people, it just wouldn’t happen! Along with a number of “day of” festival volunteer positions, we also have a number of openings on the Games Planning Committee and WE NEED YOUR HELP! If you would like to see this event continue, and have the ability to volunteer with us on the committee or at the Festival, we cordially invite you to join us!

We are asking for a minimum of 5hrs shifts with 2 15 minute or 1 30 minute break to be built in.

 

We are only offering 5 hr morning, 5 hr afternoon and all day shifts. Shifts are Sat: 8:30am-1:30pm,  1pm-6pm, 8:30am-9pm;  Sun: 8:30am-1:30pm,  1pm-6pm, 8:30am-6pm.

 

Sign up to volunteer as soon as possible!  Any amount of time that you have available will be greatly appreciated, so please don’t hesitate to reach out no matter the amount of time you can give us.  Please provide any limitations you may have and let us know if you have a preferred position; please understand that we may not be able to guarantee your requested position placement as it will depend on the final number of volunteers.  We will work with you to find a perfect fit!

-Admissions 

-Parking Assistants

-Children’s Activities

-Haggis Helpers (great fundraiser for SASC)

-ID checks for Alcohol / Wrist Bands (must be TIPS certified, at home training provided free before the event)

-Society/Festival Tent Helpers

-Tartan Information

-Setup/Take-Down (Friday and Sunday)

-Headquarters

-Volunteer Check-In

-General Runners (trash/recycling, troubleshooting, water)
